Are you a 24hr service?

We are not a 24hr service, outside of our normal hours, we can offer call outs for the following: Monday-Friday 6am-8am & 4.30pm-7pm, Saturday 8am-2pm and Sunday we are closed.

Do you guarantee an ETA of 1 hour?

Unfortunately not, no company can as sometimes it can be logistically impossible. However, we do guarantee that whatever arrival time we give you will be very accurate, which enables you to plan accordingly

Do you charge labour just for the time you are on site?

We used to, but in this ever congested city/world we live in, unfortunately it is not cost effective to do so anymore, we charge what we call door to door (from leaving to attend the call out to arriving back)

Do you charge a call out charge?

Only on out of hours call outs, our business hours are 8am til 4.30pm Mon to Fri. A list of all charges can be requested.

Do you charge to take away the old hose?

Yes we do, this is because of our Environmental Policy, stating that we dispose of all contaminated hoses responsibly therefore we incur a charge for this. You can, however, keep the hose to dispose of yourself, just send us a quick email stating that you are disposing of the hose along with your waste disposal number.

Do you charge mileage?

Yes we do, this is on top of our labour charge. This goes towards the up keep of the vehicles.

Is your call out service available outside the East Yorkshire region?

Yes, over the past few years we have built up a good working relationship with numerous hydraulics companies, who offer a reliable service allowing us to cover most parts of the UK, just give us a call if you require this service.

Can we bring our vehicle to you?

Yes you can bring your vehicle to us, however it is recommended that you call in advance to avoid delay if none of our engineers are available.
